REVEAL evaluates safety, dose and effect measures for TSHA‑102 after one intrathecal administration. The phase 3 part remains open-label research with planned follow-up over 5 years.

Criteria: guidance, not eligibility

The pivotal cohort concerns females aged 6 to under 22 with typical Rett and a MECP2 mutation. Other criteria apply.
